For a house where he builds the furnishing and decorate mostly everything all by himself within a few months of living there, it's a damn good house in my opinion solid 9/10.

As someone who has 3 dogs (2 GSD) and know how stubborn they can be with food I recommend buying a puppy sausage, crumbling it up and mix it with the kibble. Sometimes even heating up the kibble with warm water, letting it soak then feed it helps
