Misspoke on this, spark of resistance is actually 25% DR, not 15% (facet of protection on prismatic is 15), and tier 10 resilience is 30% DR, not 20%…. so this build actually has EVEN MORE RESISTANCE! How bout them apples
  • @aaexpress44
you dont need 70 mobility, as amplified gives you a bonus 50. so if you have 50 and youre amplified, you have 100.
  • @MRC54693
Pair it with an arc Ergo Sum with Arc Conductor for more arc resist damage and chain lightning. And it cooks in this weeks nightfall. Been using a similar build for a couple weeks now, it’s amazing.

Small clarification: the exotic doesn't cap you at Resist x2. You have to be within 15 metres of a target when you jolt them (from any source) to gain stacks of Resist, AND they can't be already jolted for it to count.

Since the community was consulted, I guess we all get 1k silver

If you use this on Prismatic you can make use of the same fragment but also you can run tether so you can get overshields on orb pickup which adds another layer of DR plus sudo healing via shields.
  • “T-Lord is short for thunder lord btw just using slang”😭😭
  • Personally, I like going all in with Gifted Conviction, using both Tempest Strike and Ascension. Build into tier 10 strength and you get both your melee and class abilities back so fast.

I definitely think this works a bit better on Prismatic than Arc, just because you can stack Overshield or Frost Armor on top for even more DR. You still got every other resist upgrade mentioned in this video. The one thing you’re losing is Flow State, but Facet of Hope gives you such amazing class ability regen that you should have Ascension available basically 100% of the time. Prismatic gives you a more flexible playstyle, adding an additional source of DR and access to Threaded Spike to debuff enemy damage on top.

I've been on a break from destiny and seeing mactics pop up in my notifications made me decide to come back. Can't wait to enjoy this video!

Favourite series on YouTube and it’s covering my main hunter build. Nothing better.

I have a recommendation! I’m proud to bring to your attention an exotic that is highly overlooked and I’m loving in PvE. The mechaneers trickster sleeves. It’s not a fully fleshed out build like how you present them in your videos. Pair the sleeves with either or both missile sidearms and build your perks, aspects and artifacts around them with strand explosions, arc jolting (don’t have that one yet), or incandescent. Then focus on recovering lost health and damage resist. Please note, the sleeves add 100% dmg to sidearms and does more damage than whisper on body shots. It will continue to as long as you maintain chain killing every 5 seconds. If you have heal clip, miss a shot on purpose to heal. Since it automatically reloads. You can have any exotic of choice in the heavy slot! I’ve only been using this for 2 sessions and it’s insane for add clear and yellow bars, if you can stay alive. Been learning how to force low health. You can take fall damage and get hurt by means other than self damage (from side arm). If you are already critical from self damage and take slight damage from an enemy, it will proct. Please have a look at this. You won’t regret it :) Also Tried healing grenade, facet of mending. It’s terrible. Gunpowder and Grapple doesn’t do anything for healing. Got 3 kills with arc bolt and got around 20-40% health back and quit testing. Since heal clip and finding an orb with 1 heal was more effective. Also, don’t recommend using weapon surges since 10-20% damage buff isn’t worth 6 slots on legs. Best to use for other things. Get ability back or focus on more healing.

This has been my favorite build since I saw Rest's video on it. It can absolutely cook just about anything. I think the Prismatic version actually lags behind the Arc iteration due to the Blind coming from Indebted Kindness.
  • @JGSH13
I was using this same build but with battle scar and delicate tomb. It’s great.
  • @soratu4216
Been using this build with worldline zero since like week 2 of final shape… I love being a blinky unkillable helicopter that swords a bosses health bar to dust 🥲 it’s so beautiful. It has really shined during fallen saber
  • @AeroWraith901
Yeah this has been pretty much my setup on arc hunter recently. Really brought me back into arc which has normally been the least used subclass on hunter for me. If only I can get indebted kindness with voltshot to drop instead of attrition orbs >>'''

BAK-RISK !! Lightshift dodging into Ergo Sum Arc Conductor. Nothing more satisfying than dodging an enemy, dropping a clone, swinging back, destroy everything. Subclass: Prismatic Exotic Armor: Mask of Bakris Aspects/ Fragments: Silence and Squall - 1-off, add clear, slow, freezes Marksman’s Dodge - shorter cool down, reloads before swapping to Ergo Withering Blade - x2, slows, freezes - Overload, Unstoppable Arcbolt - Arc ability for Amplified, jolt - Overload Threaded Specter - distraction, threadings Winter’s Shroud - slow, class ability cooldown off slow Facet of Protection - resistance Facet of Ruin - 10 mobility, hailfire spike Facet of Dominance - jolt Facet of Courage - 10 discipline, increased damage Facet of Purpose - frost armor Facet of Awakening - 10 resilience, iconic traces Exotic Weapons: Ergo Sum / Arc Conductor - I use a vortex frame, pick for place style, arc damage resist The third person perspective as you lightshift, swing in, and arc conduct killing every red bar is too satisfying. Primary - Disparity or Blood Feud for Anti-Barrier Heavy - any arc or stasis heavy, play surge or preference Armor Mods: Prioritize Mobility, Resilience, and Discipline. Triple 100s if doable (40% class, 30% damage res, :52 base arc bolt) Helmet - Harmonic Siphon, Arc Siphon, dynamo Arms - Firepower, Heavy Handed x2 (preference) Chest - Arc, solar, void resist Legs - Recuperation, arc scavenger, absolution Cloak - Special ammo finisher, powerful attraction, reaper Use sword mods from artifact, with creeping chill, radiant orbs, galvanic armor Very fun. Different style. Just a ball of lighting just standing killing everything This build really shines when in prismatic stacking together both Ergo and Bakris damage buffs. Also, extending prismatic as you slay out with Ergo. Leads to a lot of hailfire spikes. Not to mention even more damage resistance. Loop: Arcbolt a group of suckers, jolting them, lightshift in to said suckers face’s, then vortex the biggest boy you find. The arc conductor will kill everyone else.
  • It’s refreshing to see this build . Glad to see a build going back to our roots
  • @donspafford414
I have a Getaway Artist warlock build I think is pretty neat using Outbreak Perfected and Needlestorm. Lots of threadlings, lots of sever, an arc buddy that slaps, and when SIVA procs, it’s a storm of minions swarming everything in sight.
  • @Masteryumyum
I've been running a similar build on Primatic, and it's been so fun. I recently saw a post about ascension activating sword abilities, so you can get void shield through repulsor brace / destabilizing rounds.
