Today, I sit down with the one and only Kendall Jenner. Kendall is a successful business founder, international supermodel, founder of the incredibly successful tequila brand, 818, and star on the Hulu’s, the Kardashians, which premieres in second season on September 22nd.

Kendal shows us a different side of her as she shares how her curiosity for people with brilliant minds and doing so much to give back to the world has eventually led to this interview. Behind the glamor and spotlight, she especially enjoys having some time alone with herself, and she values the importance of setting boundaries and why we should do things that lead to genuine happiness. We talk about her childhood and her love for animals, how the simple things give her the most joys, getting through grief after losing a dear friend, and finding the heart to be more kind to your inner child.

Kendall remains grounded and in tune with her inner goddess and not letting negativity and ill intentions change who she is, who she may become, and the purpose she is living by.

  • I have never seen Kendall more attentive and happy to be interviewed. You can literally feel her excitement energy through the screen
  • Jay I don't know how possible this is, but I can imagine a sit down with Keanu Reeves would be a powerful episode of the podcast!

“If your happiness depends on action of others then you are at mercy of something you can’t control! “ Well said.
  • It is so comforting seeing celebrities like Kendall have the space to be a human being and not just a toy for society to use. Giving the space for humans to be themselves with their own thoughts, emotions and experiences. It is so beautiful connecting with each other on the everyday struggles even when our lives can feel so apart. Thank you Jay and Kendall for creating this space and conversation!
  • “If your happiness depends on the actions of others, you’re at mercy of things that you can’t control” that really resonated with me cause I’m in a situation where my happiness is literally in the hands of someone else and I can’t do anything about it

'' I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I am. '' This really stuck with me in the sense of how deeply true it is.

  • Psilocybin saved my life. I was addicted to heroin for 15 years and after Psilocybin treatment I will be 3 years clean in September. I have zero cravings. This is something that truly needs to be more broadly used in addiction treatment.

This is hands down not only the best interview I’ve seen with Kendall, but in general. She is so comfortable and so genuine. And it’s so nice to see. This was a totally different side of her that I’ve never seen. I learned a lot about her.
  • @megholman5183
I hope Kendall does more podcasts like this. She talks in such a beautiful manner and just draws you into a subject
  • @maricruz3041
A moment really hit me hard, was when Kendall was explaining how her psychologist told her to put a picture of her kid self next to the mirror and remember that every time you are being negative about yourself, you are being negative to your inner child. I cried. Thank you for this inspirational video

“If your happiness depends on the action of others, you’re at the mercy of things that you can’t control…” damn that quote hits hard 😒
  • @el_museo.mp4
you can tell she was exited to do this interview, she is way more "herself" here than in other shows
  • @melike8438
I loved the interview. Some remarks: - It’s unrealistic to be happy all the time. If you’re happy all the time then you won’t know the value when you’re not. - I loved that she has this purpose to help others. As a fellow high sensitive person that makes me the happiest. Also her little tips are definitely welcome! - last but not least: the fact that she has a lot of resources yet still struggles (mental health) is a good reminder that money and power can’t guarantee peace of mind. In that sense life is fair cause everyone has their struggles. Also good reminder that this world is only a temporary place.
  • I related with her when she spoke of getting excited to get older, connecting with people and growing internally.💛💛💛
  • @niiv7263
The internet portrays some people differently as they actually are. I love that Jay creates this space that also shows us the core of people. I love this podcast.

36:03 her saying grieving “feels good in a way” “It makes you feel so human” opened my eyes in a beautiful way. I have a really dark place in my heart since I lost my friend a few years ago n Ive been trying not to think about it. after hearing this I feel like I can appreciate my negative feelings now. Thank u x

This is the 10th time I'm watching this video. Whenever I feel down, I watch this video like I can't get over from this. It's truly amazing that a super model being more genuine about their real life struggles and have the courage to tell it to public. Thank you Jay for conducting these kind of programs Thank you Kendall for being honest through out the convo. You're such a role model.
  • I've read a few and watched some motivational interviews with similar genre... and by far, this one is the most legit, genuine, and organic... full of sense and take aways... made me see Kendall on different perspective. Literally the only interview that's not only convincing but also very effective. I now feel more positive about myself and life in general. Thank you to both of you. 🙏
