I really want to cry with how much you do for us strangers. You are so selfless it's not funny. You could just live your own life outside of this...you could of even put this in a course and have us pay for this information but this? All 3 hours of teaching? I'm officially calling you Prof. Blake

Thanks Roberto... I have been with you since 2016 when I started my YT adventure... You have to admit that recently you're taking your advices to a different level... Thanks for your hard work

This is what i need at this time of my YouTube journey...

On the 15th minute of the video. I love it how you say to approach YouTube as a business opportunity. This is how I see it completely. It is a marketing tool and acts as a portfolio depending on the direction one takes. There's levels, layers to this. Meaning the content creator economy is deeply connected to the small business community level. Small businesses are becoming content creators. In fact, in my local area, I encourage people to view their social accounts and websites as the extension of their business.
  • This guy Roberto is so well spoken and through! Always love hearing his input!
  • You hit so many points from optimizing learning through video, getting out of debt to producing quality and putting in the work that content creators need to hear. So much respect and appreciation for you for what you are doing. From someone who is an adult (42), living with multiple auto immune conditions (health care) this is so real. I've been my own boss for 15 years but just starting creating content who isn't monetized I still treat it like it's going to be my carrier. Thank you.

Loved the convo with Benji about brand deals. Please do a whole video / video podcast about this. Pure gold right here!

This is AMAZING info, thanks Roberto! (And I’ll bet brands/ sponsors are watching this now and going “ah, no! Don’t tell em that Roberto, now we’re gonna have to pay more!”) 😂 As a tiny channel, I’m currently earning a low 4-figures from affiliate marketing, so this stuff works. And I’m definitely slowly adding on different income streams (or experimenting, rather) to see what else sticks. Your advice has been invaluable. Thank you!

We deeply appreciate your transparently! Thank you so much.
  • Hi Roberto, Thanks for sharing valuable information. Have a great day. 👍
  • @SherifaNakalema
Thank you Roberto for sharing all this! I am on YouTube but I also own a business so I understand issues like business expenses and taxes. Thank you for caring!

I'm going to have to revisit this tomorrow since this is such a jam-packed jam session! lol. You're always so helpful and knowledgeable. I don't put "all my beads in one basket", but I'm telling you...all these different things I'm trying to do is a real bear on time management. No time for the hubby. I have a full-time job again now, too. So, there's lots to do, but you're correct in how quickly "normal" employment can end. I tell my jewelry students this all the time and recommend eventually building up to create their own website after they get comfy breaking into eCommerce via Etsy, YouTube, etc. Getting traffic to your own site is a major hurdle, but you can utilize that traffic to send to your site. Many of my beading students are usually very timid of even opening an Etsy store at first. Bless their hearts. I've deactivated my jewelry side of my projects since the move to a new state and have focused more on digital and YouTube, but I'll be reevaluating how much time I'm spending on YouTube and social media. It's not anywhere close to replacing a full time job, much less a great income. Digital is a great thing to learn and grow because I can create one graphic and although it's a lot of work from the start...it can be re-sold many times over while I sleep. Great tips. In the words of the Terminator, "I'll be back!". lol. Also, I think the baby should make more guest appearances. lol.Sparkle on!
  • Roberto, you’re a good man. I can’t thank you enough for the VALUE you provide! I’ll never stop watching you, your long form is so incredibly informative and honestly you’re one of the very few people I would buy a course from. I don’t know if I need it though as your free content is a value goldmine in its own. Much love and respect from a fellow creator who loves all aspects of design and creation. I love you so much man, you’re incredible and truly inspiring. Thank you.

RE: CPM - going on a month of monetization, my CPM range is $15 - $20 and I'm actually earning significant AdSense revenue on my as of now tiny channel and I will be expanding my YouTube business in other ways. Thanks for the tips.
  • A year from now you’ll either be happy that you started working on your dreams or wishing that you had started. Get started now and don't live with regrets! YOU can do it! :)
