There's a gerudo in goron city that will give you 500 rupees for ten amber instead of the regular 300
  • @saysHotdogs
4 lynel guts plus 1 fireproof lizard equals a potion worth $2,260 rupees.

Hyrule dude undoubtedly has the most direct, helpful, and useful videos about this game on the Internet. All videos are well explained and incredibly useful. Keep it up man!
  • @guardian1182
Which barbarian uses a savage lynel sword to mine ores?
  • I find stupid amounts of rare ore deposits in the Eldin region north of death mountain.
  • @JJiG
I was thinking you were nuts to sell all the luminous without turning them into diamonds, but then I did the math and for 10 luminous you'd net 700 rupee's whereas diamonds only get you 500. interesting video though easy enough!

I love how peaceful botw comment sections are

People need to realize that nintendo added the conversion of luminous stones into diamonds so you can use the diamonds for other uses. Like rebuilding champion weapons, diamond circlet, and also DIAMOND IS THE RAREST MATERIAL YOU ALWAYS WANT SOME AROUND.

I just started playing this game a few weeks ago and I can’t believe I waited so long. Breath of the Wild is my favorite game. It’s such a massive step up in scale from any other Legend of Zelda games or any other Nintendo games, period. Every couple of days, I’ll burn an hour or two and either hunt a ton of meat to sell, mine for stones or just bowl at Pondo’s Lodge. The hunting and mining is more fun than bowling but if you get really good at bowling, you can rack up a lot of money pretty quickly. It definitely gets tedious though

Tip when getting the luminous stones, get an iron sledgehammer. They don't break easily when getting any types of ore. Also I've been getting an infinite spawn of iron sledgehammers in Hateno village. The Bolson guys leave their sledgehammers and I get them leave they respawn.
  • @andrewRelyea
All of the other fast rupee farming videos take advantage of mini games and It feels like cheating. With this method even if I don't grind straight I know what to look for just as I'm running around playing the game. I need to go chase after those luminous stones a little more and cook a bit as well
  • One thing to note the gourmet meats are worth more raw. First you need to talk to Trott at the outskirt stable to get the "A Rare Find" side quest. After you complete the quest talk to him again and he will give you 100 rupees per piece of meat. Given the store gives you 490 for 5 meats cooked, Trott gives you 500. So technically it's a better deal, not by much but it adds up.
  • @Aykalia
"uh.. then you go north and.." goes south
  • Here is his overall list of items that he had recovered throughout the video 213 prime meat 97 gourmet meats 68 restless crickets 35 amber 5 opals 97 luminous stones 4 topaz stones 6 rubies 1 sapphire 34 icy lizafolas tails
  • @MoeyJoehawk
I've used these techniques myself in the past! But if you're like me, you want to upgrade ALL of your armor pieces to the MAX level. Do keep in mind that those stones from the ore deposits can be used to upgrade! And some do require a TON of stones. You don't want to be like me and sell all of your Opal for Rupees, only to find out you need 45 of those suckers to reach maximum level on your armor 😫
  • @myapapaya2317
I wonder where the store clerks get all their money... (Well selling their stuff, duh) but they just give link like 20,000 rupees, sometimes more... why aren’t they retired?! 😂
  • @jacobolo
I don’t know if this is better or not but at outskirt stable there’s a guy called Trott, if you sell him one raw gourmet meat he will give you 100 rupees. After that you can sell him more for the same price. What way is better?
