House 6 and 7 are the most unique, least "modern california" houses. Being surrounded by nature is great for the mind :)

number 6 is hands down gorgeous, it’s got that’s nice homey feel not too big not too small! they were all so beautiful can’t t wait to see what y’all end up choosing!!

House number 6 (12:35) looks like roni’s old room turned into a house haha! I personally think it’s the best and the most balanced between homey and fancy.

House 6 is just amazing. Modern, big enough for a family and safe with an AMAZING view! Also quite homey but still modern and spacious. The backyard is classic and beautiful, but i will i agree with Roni that number 4's backyard was OUTSTANDING and so was the kitchen. But number 6, fits exactly your likings and is perfect for you both. i hope you decide on a house <3

6 is definitely gorgeous, doesn’t seem that big but big enough for the two of you and even with kids. It doesn’t have to be fancy and it just feels so homey 🤍. Godbless you both. Looking forward to your next journey together 🥰

Houses 5, 6, and 7- are so beautiful. They are smaller but you get a sense of more room because of the ceiling. I feel like these three would be great to look at more!
