"Main koi Angrez Hukumat hu jo Fizul Lakeeren banata rahun" Kya line hai, kya line hai..... Only Naseer can give this line the power and punch.... What a movie.... Absolutely fantastic.....

My grand dad was from junagadh was compelled to see the film cause of the title .. it was beautiful hard to hold back tears . The lines drawn by britishers was across hearts not boundaries ♾

This priceless "beshkeemti" portrayal moved me to tears - I imagined my parents, my grandparents leaving their homes in Pakistan, leaving and living with the hope of returning one day This movie brought their pain and sorrow that we inflicted on each other 75 years ago to life... All her life, my mother recounted their stories and always ended with the words - I do not wish that experience on my worst enemy...😢😢..and yet today, 75 years later...we seem to be at a similar point in history....but this time it's not the angrez who is drawing lines ....it's we ourselves drawing these lines in our hearts for future generations to suffer...😢😢
  • For this short film I just wanna say that "चुप्पी ही ज़ुबान है" Hat's off for acting, direction and music composers❤️

Love and respect from Pakistan 🇵🇰 What a brilliantly crafted movie. Such finesse, such art, such acting! Every actor fitted in the role like diamond in a ring. Wish to visit you dear India.. Someday InshaAllah 🌻
  • Only Nasseer sahab can create such a masterpiece . His acting skills are way better than today's generation who are cheating with their character which is given to them . Keep it up sir please give us such kind of precious content .

Heart touching Ending❤ I feel that somehow he already knew about his miniature paintings being sold.. That is why he didn't show the last one to Kishorilal back then but later gave it to him as an advance payment in hopes of coming back to his home.
  • No one can beat Nasir sahab , he is a living legend. Thang God art doesn't know any religion. You are great Sir.
  • Awesome film. The pain of partition, the agony of leaving one’s whole life, one’s roots behind, I find the same as I have read in the book Our Moon Has Blood Clots by Rahul Pandita. A vivid, yet subtle picture of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990. In both cases I find pain, terror, separation and displacement inflicted on human beings by other humans, in the name of religion. And I ask , why? Faith is to perform puja or prayer in the solitude of one’s privacy. Not to inflict pain on other creations of the same God, Ishwar or Allah, by whatever name we call the Almighty. Isn’t it? Unless all of us, irrespective of our religion, understand this simple truth that humanity is above everything else, above every man-made divisions, we won’t be Human in its true term.
  • The various heartbreaking stories of the Partition, not only describes the utmost suffering that one withstood, but also shines a light on the indomitable courage, and indescribable bravery in the face of abject poverty (financial/cultural/mental) and helplessness. Truly, silent steadfastness had, since time immemorial, provided refuge to mourning souls. The background score brings forth the pain in a brilliant manner. The pain, that no one deserved, yet bore all throughout one's life.
  • I can so much relate with this, my father was also a miniature artist and he is no more. Thankyou to each and everyone involved in this film. Wonderful performances by each and every actor 💫

Perfect film on the situation our country is going through these days....both Hindu and Muslim should respect each other's religions, sentiments, god & goddess.....may this film brings back Bhai-chara between hindu and muslim and end up resolving all the issues happily in the country.
  • I'm short of words. What a beautiful film it is! I'm deeply touched by the setting... plot...dialogues... acting.. story...just everything that I experienced in the last half an hour. Great job Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films. 🙂

After long, I seen such a soul penetrating classic movie depecting the agony of partition. A satirical dialog " I m not english drawing futile lines on papers" is wonderful. Kudos to the team.
  • Great movie!! After a long time felt that genuine crew (entire unit including the beautiful music) still exists. GOD Bless you all!! Each frame and every note is worth million dollars. In Today's world the content is cheap, comedy is vulgar & moral values are rock bottom. But this movie stands out...The one statement- "I have not lost my vision but have earned my blindness" sums up what artist should work for.Not sure if this movie will gain views but trust it's definitely not the benchmark. The crew has proved what should be the benchmark!! Hats off. With loads and loads of love to the team and hearty congratulations 💐💐💐
