Ross Coulthart, in one of his first UFO/UAP investigations for 7NEWS Australia, looked into sightings from the UK. Nick Pope was cleared to read Britain's most closely held state secrets. The former employee of the Ministry of Defence was pulled aside to investigate the threat to British national security posed by UFOs. What Nick Pope found in those secret files was intriguing, but one incident left him questioning for the first time whether the truth really is out there. The turning point was the 1993 Cosford incident and the Rendlesham incident. Ross speaks with Nick Pope, witness Darren Perks, Colonel Charles Halt, former RAAF Commander Alan Turner, and Professor Chris French. This story originally aired on Sunday Night in 2009.

Sure the minds plays tricks. But 30 + minds don’t all play the same trick at the same time.

Myself and my colleague were working a night shift in North Devon in March of 1993 - both Police Officers for Devon and Cornwall Police. We both saw this craft flying slowly over Combe Martin, which is situated on the north coast of Devon on the Bristol Channel. We still talk about it today. It was moving slowly through a valley, triangular in appearance with a strange glowing light or energy source shining at the rear - which is depicted on the film. We watched it for around 10 seconds before I sped up the hill to get ahead of it in order to get a better look, but it had gone by the time I reached a clearing. I recall authorities confirming days later that it was not part of any military tests. I remember looking to my right whilst driving along in the early hours and suddenly seeing this huge thing and saying to my colleague “ What is that ?” Will never forget it.

Keep up the great work Ross Coulthart.. you are an absolute legend 👏
  • @EMAGA
It’s one thing to be skeptical but it’s another thing to let your skepticism hinder your ability to analyse the facts. Glad Ross is leading the charge with proper investigation 👌🏻

Coulthart has come such a long way in past 7 years. Got the whiff of the phenomenon. Said hold on a second. There’s something actually here. Then quickly rose to the top of cracking the case like non other. Today he’s a living Legend. A legend is someone whose name lives past their day. Heres to many more years man. Be safe out there. Thank you

This has blown my mind. I live in Wolverhampton and I SAW THIS in 1993 on the edge of the city when i was walking home. I was 12 and had convinced myself it was nothing over the years since. The dates line up and the location is only a few miles away. Unsure what to think now.

Skepticism is ok. But don't insult the witnesses. Give them credits, you weren't there!
  • @Ebutuoymaii
They didn’t fly ‘billions of light years’ to get here. They are inter-dimensional. Something we as humans are only now learning how it works. Space and time doesn’t exist how we think it does.

I live in south Wales UK and I have seen many UFO's in my 53yrs, in 2012 at 4.30am I was awake in bed and I looked out of the window and saw a brilliant white light coming towards my house so I got up and opened the window and watched it fly past eastwards and it was low and it then arced upwards and to the right and it flew off and as it passed i said out loud "let me know when you're passing by again"... four years later I was awoken with a huge urge to look out the window and as i did it was there again, a year and half ago a Chinook helicopter carrying an object flew so low over my house that it almost hit the roof and this was a 2am and the whole house shook violently and I looked at it and it was blacked out with only one red light flashing, seriously suspect.

Ross I saw the same one about 1996 it was above my head in the street. My husband dragged me out of the house at 11.15pm. He told me to look. I couldn't see it. I looked up and it was there. Absolutely huge. No noise, it moved slowly above our heads. It moved about a quarter of a mile away. Turned slowly around then excellerated away. Incredible.

I saw the same thing around that time. Flew over west Worcestershire around 10:30 ish am. Thought for many years it was a stealth but it hovered over me leaving me in shadow on a bright sunny morning for what felt like minutes. I was fascinated. No markings I don’t think. I recently heard stealths don’t hover, and now I just watched this about the wave travelling up the west. I was right in the path of it. I didn’t hear anything while gardening. It just went darker and cold over me as it blocked the sun. Stayed a short while hovering quite still and slowly glided off for about 100 yards and the basically shot off at such speed it was gone in seconds. Not a sound the whole time.

The Llyn Peninsula in North Wales has been a ufo hotspot, to be precisely the Eifl mountain range. Only us farmers from there talk about it. Never been documented and we've seen lots of ufos and landed craft on the hills by our farm, well on my friend's farmland about 500 yards or less from our farm. He's seen a few ufos around here too and on his land. For me it started in the winter of 1979 . I was 12 years old with my dad , a craft at night say 8pm kept in front of us driving home along back lanes to our farm. It knew where we lived! It took short cuts as we meandered along twisty back lanes and was waiting for us to catch up, then started off again in front of us until we reached our farm, then it just vanished! Next takes us to 2009. Then 2012, September. Oh, yes 2003.... 2012 was a very active year. Independent witnesses each and every time I saw a ufo craft, so I'm not imagining things!! It's been hidden away how we feel about our encounters, we as farmers are so pissed off at being quiet in our own community. We saw them, too closely actually for my liking, we have nightmares, not happy walking the hills and mountain range at night . It's a very uncomfortable feeling. We feel as we are being watched , that feeling and it's very strong feeling too. They land in the same two places every time . Seen indententions in the heather for one thing.

It’s difficult I was always sceptical it’s only when you see something yourself up close that can’t be explained , this happened to me over 20 years ago and changed my life , I’m 70 now and still think about it daily
