    Pro tip: instead of trying to hold your hit as long as you can, try exhaling slowly through your nose. The blood vessels are closest to the surface of the skin in the nose and THC enters the bloodstream quicker here than the lungs. This can easily double your high in my experience.

    I also find smoking at the end of the day to be better. Even if I have no plans all weekend, I'll wait until the evening or sunset. It gives me something to enjoy at the end of the day, and that motivates me to take care of any errands or whatever beforehand.
  • As a ^stoner, Never tried the mango trick. Everything else sounds correct. Heres an extra tip: Don't judge a strain on THC % as I've had a trippy experience with a 20% that hit better then a 30%.
  • Skip the wake & bake. Don’t smoke a heavy sesh early. Eat a light meal and drink lots of water between sessions, don’t munch out. Also, switching up the strain works wonders. I quit smoking for 6 months because of a job a few years ago, damn near greened out off my first bong toke. Definitely work yourself back into it.
  • Another one that's really good is use warm water in your bongs/dab rigs instead of ice. THC is an oil, and when oils get cold they get extremely viscous (thick) and stick to everything, including the inside of your bong. Not to mention how harsh it is for your lungs. The lungs prefer warm moist air. Using warm water (98°-120°) will make it smooth, and less cannabinoids will stick to your bong/dab rig thus getting you higher.

    The method of breaking the tolerance cycle is simple, one single use, once a week, ( and no more) works consistently long term, giving you something to look forward too, making the session special, planning special “under the influence “ activities, and ultimately putting you in full control breaking even the mildest physiological addictions.
  • Psssshhh…..the best things you can do to increase your buzz is; 1–take the biggest hit you can, & hold it in for 10 seconds minimum.(if you can). Then blow it out. 2–breathe in fresh air, then take another toke like the 1st. 3–repeat til you’re high enough. It may take a few hits, a 1/2 joint, or maybe the WHOLE joint. You know when you’re high. 4–DONT smoke all day, you won’t get as high & you only waste weed. It’s better to smoke in the morning, then come down, then smoke again in the evening. You’ll get high both times & save stash. (I used to smoke a joint every hr or 2, all day, & these things happened) 5–like the video says, if you smoke constantly you WILL develop a tolerance. If this happens, do what it suggested(as hard as it may be)& stop smoking for a week or 2. When you resume smoking, remember to do it the right way & you’ll like it more! 6–LESS IS MORE! As I said above, the less you smoke, the higher you’ll get when you DO smoke! The MORE high you’ll get, & the MORE $ you’ll save! It’s win-win! I’m 64 now, & been smoking for 48 yrs now.   • Switching to edibles is the best thing to do. No more coughing or lung problems in general. Longer lasting and more intense high. More fun to consume as well.
  • Having multiple strains at hands make the "changing strain" a breeze. Also I like to mix my strain together when I grind which I refer to as "trail mix". The mango trick also work with some strains. Another trick I found to be really effective is to simply break your routine for a day or two by simply holding off the first toke for as long as you can. If you’re a morning toker, hold off until lunch or even supper if you can/want. The evening toke will be worth it. Never trier wake and bake ? Try it next day off and start off the day with toking and ride the high until it’s all gone.

  • How you breathe in the smoke matters alot. Just take a regular inhale if you just want a regular boost but if you want to get on cloud 9 take a sharp quick inhale deep wait like 2 seconds then inhale sharply once more as much as you can. The second inhale is to push the smoke further in your lungs.. you'll feel it pretty quickly if you do it right. One because your holding your breath and your lungs are full of smoke so you may get light headed for warning
  • I will infuse coconut oils and make into cubes for cooking or to put in my tea with some tumaric. (highly recommend for the pain treatment side of things.) I will often include black pepper as it increases bio accessibility after ingestion. (body absorbs more and wastes less)

    I really like the idea of the Mango 🥭 It makes a lot of sense because myrcine is also one of the dominant terpenes found in cannabis! 👍💚🌿💯

    "Change your Strain": I have had the most interesting experience with Lamb's Bread (aka Lamb's Breath), for it is the only strain that always felt strong day after day without changing to something else with a different terpene profile. Landrace strains in general have this effect on me, but a huge double/triple effect from consistency with Lamb's Bread. The strongest tolerance hack on this list for instant gratification would have to be the exercise one. The high is so different after a strong workout. Oxygen is your friend, unless you're on fire.

  • I keep two to three strains handy at all times, and rotate every day. I would have more but finding Sativa dominate strains is still hard to do in my area. Not a fan of Indica dominate strains, not sure if its the higher THC but they all couch lock me. I started smoking in 1973 and I miss the old strains so much. Colombian Red Bud and Acapulco Gold were two of my favorites. But honestly, you find the right dose of edibles and you won't be smoking near as much. For me it is .35 g - .40 g, depending on the THC of the product, sprinkled on a peanut butter cracker and in about 90 minutes I am good to go for three to four hours.
