I love this, and having her named Dana O'hara was such a cool little Easter egg. Very great work!

This is amazing. I've always thought this song deserved an adaptation of some kind, and we finally have one. I'm adding this to my "Best of Sonata Arctica" playlist and it will now be the default song for WP,BO. This animation absolutely deserves more love and exposure. Very well done. :)

I remember years ago someone made a comic adaptation of this song with the lyrics that I would follow along to as a kid - I did not expect to see something like this in 2024, this is beautiful
-
Okay, now someone get the band to see this EXPERIENCE of a video 😂🤩
-
Hello brother, I loved your video. Please make more animations of this band. It looked very beautiful on you. greetings from Argentina... 🤘🏼🎸🎶
-
Dana O'hara, nice reference! Also the lighthouse keeper looks like Tony Kakko, I've noticed.
-
Boop, engagement. More people need to see this. No, we need to make Sonata Arctica see this.
-
The Dana O'Hara tattoo on the arm of the man who looks like the 'long haired drummer of the band' ... am I seeing things or was this really well thought of? <3 love this! Reminds me of my own art project I've done years ago for Full Moon!

This is excellent, love the shot of the waves becoming the wolves, has the feel of an epic album cover!
-
I AM SO BREATHLESS OH MY GOD!! THIS IS SUCH A MASTERPIECE!!! 😭😭😭💕💕💕

Well, this is perfect, I think the others said it all already. Also, with how difficult is for european power metal bands to get music videos, this could be perfectly be a visualizer for the song. I hope the band can see this eventually, I'm sure they'd feel proud.

This seriously deserves more views. And a proper animation(yes, I understand that at this scale it might take years). Absolutely stunning work! Ever since I heard this song 20-something years ago this is exactly how I imagined the story.
-
This was an exceptional piece of art. Awesome in both detail and art. Hopefully many more will find this!
-
Wonderful mate, the design and scenery is beautiful and does justice to the song. I'd be speaking on behalf of many others that we'd love if you make more animations of their songs, we'll be waiting.
-
Great job! This must have taken a long time to make, which speaks of your dedication and love for this music.
-
WOW, this is incredible. This is literally my favorite song ever. Not just from Sonata, but EVER. I love the Easter eggs you put in the animation especially with the woman’s name and the Wolves from the Reckoning Night album art.
-
I hope for somebody to pay you and make a full color version of this, wonderful work

This song has been my favorite for years, but your video hit me in new ways. I always assumed he had been hit by a car or a reindeer the morning of the incident, i never considered it might be that her husband snuck up on him. I also never considered how the bones of the ship would've been settled on the reef under his lighthouse the entire time, and the "dead ends" could have been referencing the white pearl passengers rather than his own future.

Well done on the video, saw it on reddit, I love the way the colours come in and it tells the story so well. hope the band see this one day. Subbed.
