I remember last year's CJ Stroud call. Yall's analysis is top tier and I trust it.

Maye was the consensus number 2 until they stopped playing football is all I’m gonna say
  • @jkmusingss
This was well balanced. The QB discourse is always exhausting, but it feels especially bad this time around.

Seems very similar to the profiles of guys like Herbert and Allen coming out of college. Biggest thing to me is that his elite traits are things that can't be taught, worthy of the 2nd pick.

The Maye hate in instagram comments is absolutely insane

A future gun slingers who is 21 and can develop, I would love for him to sit half to the whole season just to learn , while the patriots figure out our Oline and wide receiver depth chart . then give game that is against a weaker opponent when first starting but they say the strongest iron need to heated and forged in fire . The skills are next Level and your analysis is spot on only time will tell. Just glad we got him some offensive help.

  • First time I have ever sence one of your breakdowns. Better than any I have ever seen. Thank you. Have done one on Spencer Rattler?
  • @nicknova703
If Maye played 5 years like all the other QBs, it wouldn’t be a discussion who is better
  • He drifts a lot in the pocket. Mechanics could be coached, i think he’s worth the 2nd pick.
  • @russ2120
His ability to move in the pocket reminds me of Purdy. Tight turns, good lateral quickness and a good awareness of pressure.

This is the best breakdown video on Drake Maye that I've seen so far.
