Is the "triple action" required or just the autolocking? Could you use a double action autolocking carabiner?

I've been using the adjustable friction saver with my mrs system for quite some time. But occasionally I run into problems on small spars with it slipping down and being a real pain to keep it loaded so it stays cinched. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions to make it so it holds better. ( In these situations, I really don't care about it being retrievable)

Your misding out loving out there.i lived out by there .for a while..its miserable hot no weather and like 10 percent of tree diversity there is here in southeast 😢...if i could ibwould move to place where its never above 65 degrees.but have established client base here..took few years. Theres nothing like the east coast and or midwest..

I have Ben doing tree for the past 15 or so years and I can tell you I use whatever I wanna use am the climber not you or OSHA or the owner you should have seen what we did when I first I use all kinds of carabiners
