Ingredients List-
2 Cup soaked chole
2 bay leaves
1 Black cardamom
2 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
6-7 black pepper
1 tsp salt

3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
2 medium size onions
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 chopped green chilli
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1.5 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
2 tbsp Chole masala powder
1 Cup tomato puree
salt to taste
1/4 Cup malai or fresh cream
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
200 gm paneer
Ginger Juliana
Coriander leaves
