I was a juror on an attempted murder trial and the defendant sat with his back to the judge and jury Yes that is an act of defiance which jurors see and is plays a HUGE factor in decision making. Like it or not, we notice disrespect from the defendant.

I think Cohen deserves a lot more credit for coming forward and for standing up to Trump. Look how Congress grovels for Trump, I think what Michael is doing shows integrity and patriotism.

To quote Nicolle, the Defense has a "fact problem" and shredding (or trying to shred) Michael Cohen won't change that. This is an all receipts, black and white paper case.
