HERE WE GOOOO starting my small art business / art shop preparation journey!!! Not 100% sure how many parts will be in these series (I'll just work on shop prep stuff until I launch lol) but I hope yall enjoy this first one!! Worked on postcard designs, sticker art, planning out inventory, going through the nitty gritty of printing and print production, and had some fun lil excursions along the way :^)

selling prints when you're an established/ well practiced (so not me at the age of 15) artist is such a "low stakes" way to start since they really don't take up a lot of space, so even if you don't sell them right away they can just sit tucked away in a drawer somewhere. Same with stickers. and shipping is easy to figure out. Where it gets tricky is other products like stationery imo. i love plastering my wall with postcard sized prints of art!!! they're the perfect size

So glad I stumbled upon your video! I’m currently a product designer but have been toying with the idea of slowly starting a sticker or art shop and you’ve seriously inspired me! I can’t wait to pick back up on where I left on procreate ❤ please do a quick how to make stickers from start to ship (and your preferred method of printing cuz I’m lost there lol) if you can!

I've thought about opening an online shop too, but idk it seems like such an organisation and I struggle with that haha 🫠 Also idk if you need to have a lot of followers already before opening a shop ? Anyways, I'd love to see more videos like that to see the "behind the scenes" of a shop ! 😊
