Rough night with waves - checking in

Wow last night was so hard. Burning waves all night and insomnia. Just getting through it as best as I can. Trying to surrender.

How far along are you? I am 13 months into w/d. I have found that cannabis, primarily smoking to bring me substantial relief. After 6 months I had some real relief.
