Traditional recipe to prepare Gulab Jamun with Khoya (Mawa)

इस रेसिपी की सामग्री :
मावा (खुया) - ५०० ग्राम
मैदा - १२५ ग्राम​​
बेकिंग पाउडर – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - १ किलो​
इलाइची पाउडर - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच
केसर - १ चुटकी ​
देशी घी - तलने अनुसार​

Mawa (Khoya) – 500 gm
All purpose flour – 125 gm
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Sugar – 1 kg
Cardamom powder – 1 +1 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch
Desi Ghee – to deep fry
