Biden proposes Supreme Court, presidential immunity reform

The White House detailed Monday how President Biden wants to address Supreme Court reform by implementing term limits and an ethics code for the court's justices. Mr. Biden is also proposing changes to limit presidential immunity. CBS News legal contributor Jessica Levinson explains why Biden would have to count on Congress to make the sweeping changes.

    She said they need to have a conversation about this??? A heck of a lot more is needed than a conversation. Regardless of what the hurdles are something needs to be done about the blatant corruption in the judicial and political systems in the USA.

    Good luck passing a new Consititutional Amendment. 2/3 of Congress agreeing on anything nowadays is a pipe dream.

    It would require a vote of 2/3 to approve it. He won’t be able to get it passed nor should it pass. The Supreme Court should not be political.
