FOR THE HUMMUS: Don't add olive oil and the whole bean water into the mixture, and i believe one clove of garlic is enough, you can even add more lemon and put ice cubes in it so it's more smooth. I made my mom watch the hummus making part just so i can give advice haha. Hope this helps! 💖

Lol, I worked at Trader Joe's and that is def not the case...however the reason Trader Joe's "cashiers" are more friendly, relaxed than other grocery stores is because TJ's has awesome systems in place...there are no cashiers EVERYONE in store works a few hours a day at the cashier so that you don't get burnt out and then you move to produce, dairy etc...very smart:)

IT"S THE BEAN JUICE!!!! Trust me, the only time I've ever added the bean juice to my hummus I hated it. It just tastes different and gross and kinda stinky. Next time just leave it out and I promise it will taste more normal. Haha
