So my theory on the cold glass of water is that the oil was room temperature, so when combined with friction and warm bodily fluids, it makes the surface temperature of the young lady's McMuffin rise causing a need to cool it off in order to obtain the "goosebumps". Which, as stated in the song, is a prerequisite to advancing to the "nut busting" phase of intercourse.
