This is high value content ❤ What I've learned. 1. Never ever ever invest in a house in land you will never own and can/will be snatched from you by a Woman scorned. There are three guarantees in life. A. Death B. Taxes C. Woman Scorned (or some other family member). Doesn't even have to be her though. 2. Don't ever date a girl less than 25 year's old or the family will use that to accuse you of rape and take whatever assets you have by firtue of the courts, who will always always always side with a Filipina plaintiff. 3. Never ever ever ever date a single Mother with children. You will end up in jail for babysitting if/when the Ex, or even a neighbor shows up to accuse you of being a pedophile. And that is obviously a method locals will use to shake you down for money. The Philippines does not have good laws.
  • No special treatment in jail - EXCEPT for politicians and rich, powerful Filipinos.

Out of all the bloggers from the Philippines you are the best for information that matters.

Regarding being alone with a child. I was standing outside a wet market in Kidapawan City a few years ago with my girlfriends son, while she was inside. A short while after, I was surrounded by police with the senior officer quizzing me about the boy. I explained everything, and we chatted until my gf arrived. All ended well, and I complemented them for doing their job ... 😁
  • Please note that the law as eloquently interpreted by Gracey is one thing. It’s totally something else when faced with a shakedown by some cop who sees you as his mark.
  • It has occurred to me that F. Pea is rather brilliant. Fact. I get it when a mind is exceptional. Her range of knowledge. Her depth and balancing of complex issues amazing to see. I am delighted to find her. I had no intention of going to the Philippines until I met her YouTube channel. It is clear that the woman in the Philippines have clear advantages and disadvantages. But F. Pea lays it all out in very easy to understand terms. Good job F. Pea.

I was visiting my brother in Angeles City (yeah I know) and I was staying at the Pacific Breeze (great, inexpensive, great staff and clean rooms). The staff at the doors were quite vigilant on keeping out minors. If a guy came back from a bar and the girl he was with didn’t pass muster, she was denied access. They also checked that you were ok when someone had visited you (even my other brother - we were there for my brother’s birthday. They also checked in on me when I got an in room massage). The take on this is that be careful when dealing with minors - a good rule to follow for all.
  • Rent rent rent . Maintain you’re leverage, and freedom. If that upsets you’re Filipina she is already thinking beyond you’re relationship. POF
  • If you're shacking up with a Filipina, just consider anything you buy a contribution toward her future success.Great job Pea.

It was nice for me to learn a little more about Filipino laws. I am in the USA, and already married to a Filipina for almost 21 years now, so most of this I do not need to think about, except the part about who can own property.
  • @stilltuckered
Can you imagine the outrage if the USA said foreigners can’t own land.
  • @kylesavage4525
The misunderstandings some foreigners have for these laws are perfectly reasonable given their experience with the ridiculous laws that a lot of western countries have.
  • One of the most informative videos yet.... I will not marry my fiancee until she buys land so it can be leased to me properly. Thank You! Life Saver!
  • @harveyh3696
I watched this twice. Will watch again. Fantastic information
  • My name is Gerry from Honolulu, Hawaii I recently viewed one of you discussions with an attorney from your country named, Gracie. I must say that I was really impressed with subject matter topic that you covered. Pea speaks really good English and knows what she's talking about regarding Philippine laws and regulations. Gracie, I'm really impressed with your professional feedback on your country's culture, rules, laws and regulations that you are governed by, kind or similar to our laws in Hawaii, as I am retired police officer with the city with over 35 years. Very interesting, I enjoyed it, keep up the good work and Aloha from Hawaii, Gerry

Congratulations on your upcoming 90k subs & what a way to get there with yourself & the very knowledgeable Gracie. Very well deserved Miss Pea.

Remember one law: if you happen to have a fling with a married woman, her husband is legally allowed to shoot you if caught red handed. If you survive you still go to jail. Also: the child protection law gives you a good excuse not to babysit if you date a single mom
  • @tomquinn607
Excellent information! The laws regarding property ownership and Wills was especially interesting for me. Thank you Pea.
