We have Xfinity here in Cali and it's solid. We used to have those same issues only cuz theyre messin with the main box that runs all the wiring to the neighborhood and also to the electrical lines on the poles. Itll get better from there bro just hang in there. Thx for keepin the uploads comin GGs

Get a DSL line. You don't need bandwidth to play games, you need a stable connection. Many providers have high speeds but unstable, peak hour slow downs. With a DSL line your connection will be as solid as you possibly could get. Use the fiber for uploading and downloading/ streaming. Use the DSL line for gaming. Just my thoughts. Digital subscriber line's are usually dedicated.
