Brands: NOCO, GooLoo, HOMPOW, VTOMAN, Povasee, BRPOM, AlphaBot, JF.EGWO, Buture, Veama, AUTOGEN, KeenPower, and Jumper Cables. Jump Starters compared for total cranking amps, ability to start a V-6, Big Block V-8, and diesel engine. Jump starters also compared for battery capacity as a battery bank for charging cell phones, etc. All the jump starters are compared with jumper cables and a super capacitor jump starter. The jump starters with tire inflators are compared for performance inflating a completely flat car tire.

I bought all of the jump starters to ensure an unbiased review. So, thank you for supporting the channel.

My 4 year old Gooloo 4000 has jumped dozens of semi trucks with 15 liter engines. It's one of the best tools I've ever bought.
  • @angrydachshund
100% respect for you and your channel. You've singlehandedly done what the ad-driven trade magazines only pretended to do.

this guys videos are an incredible resource to make the best and smart purchases! i also like that the host talks fast. there is NO FAT in his words. lean and only the necessary info without all the chatter and filler. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I own the NOCO, and while I have never needed it for myself, I have jumped over a dozen strangers' cars and many at my place of employment. In fact, I had to jump-start two cars this week on the same cold day after work. I also have a Milwaukee battery-operated M18 compressor with me at all times. This I have used myself and for many others. I enjoy helping others in need.

I bought my gooloo 4000 after watching a Project Farm test video. Since then I've used it to jump over 2200 vehicles in my side gig as a roadside assistance tech. I've jumped everything under the sun with it and it's still going strong. It was an excellent purchase, highly recommend. Thanks Project Farm for these videos!
  • I hate how these companies are allowed to lie about the battery capacity of their devices. It's not just jump starters that do this. Just about anything with a battery will have an inaccurate capacity listed. Thank you for your review. Letting us all know which ones are actually good is amazing! All your videos are great!

I watched/listened your video for fun, as this video came up after something else I was watching I must say: "You are AWESOME!"... accurate, putting into perspective what is important to you and others. Very fast, super informative. I hope you capture your audience and that it pays off. Either way, you are an incredible individual. Keep up the great work 🙏
  • YOU are the best tester that I have seen on YouTube. You answered all my questions with your tests. It was great...even making a battery look a like product to simulate another battery was perfect. I wanted to know exactly if a jump pack could start a completely dead battery. You are the best. Great job

This is the modern day of waiting for motor trend Sundays

Thanks for updating these videos every year. Amazon rotates the brands to confuse people and trick them into buying garbage. Your annual update videos such as this one helps. 👍
  • Just ordered the Gooloo 4000 based on this video and the comment section. Thanks for your great content.
  • @larryweiss7170
After first carefully watching you video on jump starters I decided on and bought the Gooloo 400. I had to use it today. What a surprise I got on just how easy it was to use and, more importantly, the unbelievable power that it has. The engine started IMMEDIATELY!!!! I have a separate air pump I bought a couple of years ago, so I did not need the starter/air-pump combo. Thanks a bunch.

These reviews never get old. Project Farm is the King of comparison testing and as someone mentioned, the dreaded worst enemy of false advertisers.
  • I remember when a jump box was the size of a suitcase, weighed as much as a blind date, worked twice when it was tested but not needed, and left you stranded when it was needed.. This is (perhaps) the most important item you test and watching the improvements made year after year is very interesting. A combination of actual data comparing spec's to mfg. claims and real world testing is why 3 MILLION of us value the info we get from this channel.. A couple weeks ago, you asked our opinion about the direction you should go... I still remain solid that straight ahead is the direction you should go.. these re-visit's shows how fast technology progresses.. The super cap. unit in today's test is a perfect example of that.. Maybe next year there will be 2 or 3 such units and the price will come down.. THAT IS WHY WE KEEP WATCHING!!!!

As usual, an outstanding --fast paced --review. We really appreciate your quick delivery so we can evaluate a lot in a short amount of time. Once again KUDOS!

Finally was able to use my Vector 1200 portable hand held jump starter on a Honda Ridgeline. Completely dead battery and the Vector did the job with no problem. Hooked it up the gauges went up and the Vector saved the day. You may have jumper cables in your vehicle but they are no good unless you have another vehicle around. I will always have a hand held portable jump starter in my vehicles. Makes a great gift. Easy to use. All family members can learn in just a few minutes.
  • @advres
I bought the Gooloo 4000 based off your last video on jump starters. It has been amazing. Brought it camping to charge stuff, got me out of a pickle when I left the lights on in my 4Runner while away for a week. Keep doing what you're doing!
  • @hillwhat89
This has got to be one of the best channels on YouTube. It would be interesting to see some behind the scenes on how you keep track of video ideas, inventory, coming up with tests, what you do with the used tools (that you don’t break), etc.
  • @maycrew9126
Picked up the Gooloo right after watching this vid. My son used it almost a dozen times last week while we ran down a starter/battery issue! It was awesome! I know it's new, but it's still almost fully charged after about a dozen uses! Your channel is great! Thanks again. 👍
