Cardio fitness is key to preparing for motocross racing and mountain biking is an excellent fitness component as I explain during the ride.

You're both doing great cardio work! Unlike us we bought the electric bikes...lol still get the workout but can rest and ride too. You didn't fall off the cliff that's a plus. I rented a Segway 2 wheels in Baja and crashed into a huge clay pot, equipment stopped but I flew off like a sack of potatoes. I'm always looking for adventure. Have a blast, have fun while you can. ; )

Hey buddy ashes to ashes and dust to dust and like you said when we return to the father it will be as a vapor in the wind also remember we were created in perfect spirit long before we were put in these temporary meat bags so we always have something wonderful to look forward to.
