White Astrovan gets airborn

My friend's front yard camera happen to catch this accident. It looks like the driver of the white van drifted off the road into the ditch, then hit the incline that becomes my friend's driveway. At this point the van gets some serious air, and then touches down in a nose slide, eventually ending up on its roof out of frame. I cannot find any info on the cause of the crash, or the condition of the driver.
