Kawasaki ZZR6 & 2002 ZX6R stock Exhaust cut.

Published 2012-05-18
Kawasaki ZZR6 and 2001-2002 ZX6R stock exhaust cut in half with the baffle and fibreglass also cut and then reinstalled and tip riveted back on.
After the cut the exhaust sounds with a deeper tone but not overbearing or illegal. Loud enough for cars with closed door and music playing to hear you riding beside or right behind the car.

Hey sorry for the really really late reply since i hardly check my youtube page. The cut was really simple if you have not done it yet. You pop the rivets off from the back of the pipe, pull out the back cover. Mark your cut and the line of the the top rivet as to make sure that you get the back cover in the correct angle when re-installing. Pull the baffles out and the matting- cut the baffles and reinsert with some matting and re-assemble.
