woww great content...sharing the feeling with non-Muslim brothers to go through fasting...which in the end opens the eyes of the heart and mind...to try to feel the suffering of those who don't have food and drink...the feelings that arise after they fast really honest ... Im doing this now for a week and it's not really hard not to Eat, drinking is more of a problem thats the only thing i want but ye it is making me much more think about how much food means to me this was the first time in Some time that i was excited to eat. and much respect to every one doing this for a month.
