11:47 Moving the taskbar to the sides and top was a thing before Windows 11, for some reason they removed it.

9:14 Windows have the same feature as MacOS. You just need to go Settings -> System -> Developer settings -> Enable "Close task button" on taskbar. Stupid, but it work)
