I'm a senior who maintains my professional association dues primarily for the dental benefit offered. Metlife dental PPO for $50. per month, which covers cleanings and routine X-Rays at 100%, and 80 to 50% of everything else. My dentist accepts it, and my MA plan's freebie prepaid debit card covers up to $600 in dental bills per year. I've used it for implants, fillings, crowns, etc. Max. $5K per year benefit

Thanks for another informative video! I FINALLY sold my house (although I had to go under the million dollar mark to do it), so I hope to be moving within the next half year or so. Here in Florida Humana has a medical HMO plan, and they offer a PPO dental plan that covers 100% of extractions, bone grafting and dental implants up to 5000 a year. No waiting period. I know this to be true because I work for a perio office in the south Florida area and I do the dental insurance for the office

If planning to get new dentures, be sure to ask if they have a MISSING TOOTH CLAUSE. I needed a new partial, shopped around and paid for 2 years before i was eligible for e new one. But… of course… they would not cover it because I lost a tooth… molar, not related to the partial… MISSING TOOTH CLAUSE. Total rip off and waste of money. Save the premium and pay as you go.

Ok I have a dentist Ive been going to forever[senior have A and B] This office has a plan for $299 a year which covers 2 cleanings and xrays each year. So that comes to about $25 a month. I also have VA which doesnt seem to help with dental. So is what my dentist allows my best option. I do live in indiana. So My dentist suggests I remove a certain tooth and get implant , but that price is around 12-1300 $ I push back on that since Im on limited income.

Eastern Europe has very affordable dental fees AND high quality. ie: a deep cleaning of all of your teeth will cost about $50.

My dentist said it's possible that'll need a root canal. I haven't gone to the specialist, yet. Would the insurance not cover the root canal since it could be considered pre-existing?
