Both are resting in peace, poor kids they must be devastated.

Now both the coach and Kobe are gone. That was just two months ago. My goodness the constant reminder of how precious this all is.

Kobe was going to stand in the background. For a guy of his stature and status to be willing to take the backseat, what humility.

My dad, also a coach, was given 6 months to live after a stage 4 cancer diagnosis. That was 16 years ago and he is still with us.

Man to realize he didn’t have to show anyone of the kids love. Coulda just went up there and said hi to Kelly and the coach and just have sat down but for him to do such a small thing to show each one of them kids love speaks volumes on the type of person Kobe really was.

When the boys all swarmed him with hugs and you could hear him crying and he let out an “oh guys” I completely lost it. What a beautiful relationship these boys have gained by having such a warrior for a coach.

It's sad that people are not fully appreciated until they are where they can't hear, see, or feel the appreciation. If you are reading this you are loved, valued, and important. RIP 9 precious souls.

We need more positive stories like this instead of the negative shit taking over the world

I love celebrities that use their impact to do good. Thanks Kobe! 👏🏼

Kelly is so sweet. She cries about everything (& so do I 🤦) but it lets you know how pure her heart is. I've loved Kelly since her 1st audition in American Idol ❤💜💙🤞🏼 I'm not crying, you are!

Kobe was a strong practicing Catholic. He is so humble, and probably a saint chillin’ with the big guy right now. RIP Kobe
  • @lufflyness
Their reactions when Kobe came out were so pure <3

Kobe Bryant accomplished everything possible on the basketball court but he was just getting ready to do so much more extraordinary great things for this world. So sad... #goat #takentooearly

Strange to think that, within 2.5 months of shooting the show, both Coach O'Fallon and Kobe would be gone. Life is short :-(
