    hey dory, nice to hear from you. i watched your videos, they looked really cool. i was just now again in eloy for a bit over a week and i did a lot of tunnel coaching this time.

    it was sarah, don't remember her last name but she's the video for arizona arsenal (1st place in vrw @ the nationals 2006). i also did about an hour of backfly in the tunnel... i'll get there.

    I would love to hear your theory on the tunnel and bad body position. It seems to me that learning to fly a position within a 15-foot diameter room would be a pretty effective way of confirming or denying the stability of your body position. But yes. It is expensive.

    Yeah, she wanted me to work as a first thing an fall-rate-control and following a base... So lots of moving around, slowing down and speeding up...

    I was wondering on the first few jumps was your coach asking you too fan out your lower legs to work on speed control or was it just happening? Just want to know If they like to teach this skill that early in sitflying? I am kind of a jr. FF coach.

    Couldn't disagree with you more about getting more out of tunnel coaching unless you have a spare 10k in your back pocket. Tunnel flying just teaches you bad body positions.
