  • Frank Garcia is my cousin and words can not express how much he means to me and my family. Since I was a little girl I have looked up to him. He is kind, funny, and just a joy to be around. To this day I always ask if Frank is going to be at the cabin when we go for family trips. The cabin wouldn't be the same if he wasn't there. I hope people find it in their hearts to help him. Thank you for sharing his story.
  • Wait...Red Bluff??? Are they sure about the location? I was just in the town of Red Bluff two weeks ago! That looks like somewhere closer to Manton or Paynes Creek, maybe Los Molinos.
