The breakfast was ahead of the fourth and final day of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, where Trump will deliver a speech Thursday night, his first since the assassination attempt to almost ended his life during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania over the weekend.
Reports indicate Trump has changed his speech to include a message of unity, as he accepts the Republican nomination to take on President Joe Biden in November.
Earlier this week, on day one of the RNC, Trump announced Sen. JD Vance of Ohio as his running mate.

I had the pleasure of meeting President Trump in 1994. It was in front of his Trump marina in AC NJ. I was with my wife & parents . My wife was pregnant with my 1st child & my mom had just had knee surgery. He sat & talked to us for a hour. That's the man I know ,respect & love. He cares about people , especially Americans.
