Evolution of Cardiac Diagnostics: A New Era with AI-Powered FFR-CT

Published 2024-04-21
I’m very excited to introduce my first video in a new series titled Spring Forward Your Health! In the coming months there will be a few lectures on various topics. Make sure you’re subscribed to be notified when they are released! I apologize for the audio issues in this lecture, we have it all sorted out for future lectures.

This lecture is to educate everybody on the newest advancements using noninvasive CT angiography WITH Fractional Flow Reserve determination (FFR-CT). Artificial intelligence is used to analyze the CT angiograms to determine which blockages are significant and which ones are not. Mild blockages do not require stents or bypass. They require a prevention program. Learn about this breakthrough, which avoids, unnecessary, invasive procedures, and interventions. Also learn what actually causes heart attacks.

Last November Dr. J saved my life in the cath lab in Orlando. I got covid in 2022. It wasnt bad but it closed of my preexisting stents. Every other cardiologist wanted to take me straight to open heart surgery. Luckily I am in the field of cardiology. I decided that the terminal end of my Lad was too small for surgery. Dr J agreed and had me report to the cath Lab. He performed a very complex stenting procedure with intra arterial lithotripsy. Believe me. He is not only a gifted interventionalist but a beautiful human being. There is no way to thank him enough. I was barely able to walk into the hospital. After 3 months I am back in the gym bench pressing 300lbs. I really love this man. He is truely a gift to all of us

I found your lectures on food addiction and fasting in July 2023 and started fasting regularly. Now I’m doing OMAD and as of April 2024 I’m down more than 75 lbs. My blood pressure is 110/70 and it used to be around 135/90. Thank you for everything Pradip! It works! This knowledge changed my life!

Dr. J your lectures are about 'whole body' health. I have watched everything that you post. It's an undertaking for sure BUT over the past few years, you've taught me more than I thought possible, given me the confidence to stand firm on my health choices and inspire me. You are a gift and I thank you from the bottom of my healthy ❤️
  • @ShellyHelman
Sir you are brilliant! So blessed that you are helping my husband! May God keeps on blessing you always

Since Feb 2023, of ALL the cardiologists and MDs I follow, Dr. J. is by far the best. In a sentence, you've saved my life! Since then, and after watching ALL your previous videos, I've taken all your advice...CT Calcium Scan (quite high), then took the action you advised. Today, I am a new man, 85lbs down, after a battery of bloodwork you recommended, to include BP management, lifestyle - intermittent fasting and time-restricted feedings, I am as good a version of Me as I can be....thanks to you! Thank you for doing what you do, and how you do it! Looking forward to your new series!

I had a widow maker two years ago aged 64 and started to follow as much as I could the doctors advice with my diet. I am not a saint but restrict time eat five days a week. Cook my own food, salad for lunch, no bread, biscuits, cake, pasta, etc. No processed food, only eat out maybe once a month at most. Also, I use extra virgin coconut and olive oil in moderation and no snacks. My sins are a couple of beers at the weekend and a few glasses of red. I have a sweet tooth, so i do have a piece of 85% dark chocolate during the week and maybe a slice of cake at the weekends. I have never been offered any tests except echo cardiogram. No CT calcium etc. Things I have noticed myself are the following : I lost 24lbs, and this has allowed me to enjoy the gym three times a week. I work out for calories burnt per session and raise my heart beat to 140 to 150bpm three times. Usually, I'm there doing aerobics for an hour with a period of intensive work. When ot at the gym I stay active, do jobs for people I know and out doors. Physically, I feel improved. I have no dry cracked skin on knees and elbows, and my adult lifelong friend athletes foot, which I had suffered from for 40 years, has completely gone. My enflamed tonsils (again 40 years) have gone, and I never now get tonsil stones. I no longer get bleeding gums when I brush my teeth. I no longer have bleeding piles breaking out every few months. Numbness in my big toes has gone. My feeling is that even without confirmation of my health status by testing to a large degree, the body can find ways of showing the direction of travel. I do occasionally worry about not knowing, but good walks and keeping busy are their own remedy. Even if my arteries are calcified and will never improve the doctors advice has been I feel good for me. As for my own cardiologist, I feel he is a good man. He listens and encourages, but I guess he is limited to what he can offer. On balance, for a patient, I feel too much information can be both a good and a bad thing. I'm 66 now and I'm happy to have general good health as my goal. I would like to thank the good Doctor for his work and encourage those around him to follow the same direction.

Dr Jam is what most of us think a doctor is and should be for each patient needs in order to become healthy...

OMG, what I've been saying for years - whatever hurts the blood vessels damages the organs they feed: the heart, the eyes, the kidneys, the brain, the nerves of our periphery. THANK YOU!
  • Every medical practitioners shd be watching all ur videos. They are life saving. Tnx much
  • @mattdjmorris
Outstanding. You covered so many topics in a way we can understand. You have also emphasised the need for each patient to take action for the long term. These procedures do not fix things for the long term. That change is on us. Thank you.

I've been waiting for months for another video!!!! Keep them coming more regularly 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
