In this video we look at England in every European Championship to date and the promising squad playing the competition in 2024. Many world class squads have stepped up in the Euros, but England have never managed to put their hands on the trophy. Will this year be different?

  • Who is here after England lost the UEEFA Euro 2024 final 2-1 final against Spain πŸ˜‚??πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  • Winning the Euro should be something that a country like England with its resources and pool of players can do. Denmark and Greece have managed it.
  • Yeah you are right, only Germany has 3 Euros because Spain has 4. The disrespect backfired

This man sounds like he should be talking about a massive medieval battle full of twists and turns. Not football Nevertheless, he did a great job

    We want the update πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  • πŸ˜‚ funny how every draw was a "challenging" and "formidable" group, even one with Russia, Slovakia and Wales. (All due respect to those teams)
  • I'll give you the summary... to date, they haven't won sh*t since 1966! Good luck this year, I honestly hope you win! You know what they say... eleventh time's a charm!
  • At least now Southgate is gone England can get back to their usual tournament winning form of previous decades. Southgate was an outlier in English football history as we all know.

13:35 - Walcott’s goal was an equaliser. Danny Welbeck bagged the winner a few minutes after that.

Yes the euros hasn’t been great for England but still 2 finals in a row is a very good sign of things to come

Since stealing the world cup from Germany in 1966 karma has never forgiven England now they're condemned to always being a bridesmaid and never a bride

The only strong teams in the Euros are Germany, Italy, Spain, France and England. Everyone else is meh. Also, Greece, Soviet Union and Denmark have won. Lesser teams have managed to win. No lesser teams have ever won the world cup. Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentina, Uruguay, France, Spain and England. World Cup is on another level. Euros is not the same thing. So many weak teams taking part in it. It's literally like Copa America but with more top tier teams and weak teams, simply because Europe is bigger than South America, with more countries. Only 10 footballing nations in South America. Still, 5 European teams with 12 World cup titles vs 3 South American teams with 10. Goes to show the tenacity of South American football. Mbappe said, South American football isn't as advanced as european and yet he lost World cup to Messi.

The mighty England didn't care about the euros until 1996 which we basically won really. But what baffles me is how come people's hair grew so much quicker in the 60s and 70s? Its amazing!!

It is peculiar, but although I of course remember the 1966 World Cup final and England winning (I was 10 years old and English), and the 1970 World Cup in Mexico, I cannot for the world of me remember the 1968 European Cup, although I remember the 1968 Olympic Games in colour (my parents bought our first colour TV for the games) - was the 1968 Euros even televised on the BBC or ITV ? Great video, thanks for posting - brings back some memories (painful at times of course) and part of my life relived.
