So pleased this was recommended to me, great seeing your take on London. It’s beautifully captured, Love your info, being from the UK didn’t know why Piccadilly Circus was called so ! As for Fish ‘n’ Chips, I have ketchup on mine. 😊

Indian food, Chinese food, English fish and chips...London is a staggering city for food and culture from around the world. I moved here over a decade ago and I was in awe of London. I've since moved around England and visited Scotland (many times), Wales (My favourite) and Ireland, north and republic...Wherever you go the people are amazing x Love the video.

Other British artists who started around Camden, Dua Lipa, Amy Winehouse, Yungblud, Coldplay, Oasis, Faithless, The Libertines etc etc. We do have ketchup with chips.
  • Good video, well filmed, well presented. Did you know fish and chips represent British diversity ? The fried battered fish were brought to us by Jewish immigrants and the fried potatoes by Irish immigrants. They lived there n the same areas and customers bought them together

Camden is home to the Roundhouse music venue and, British bands aside, that was where, in 1976, so many U.S. bands made their British - or even European - debut. The Ramones, Flaming Groovies, Talking Heads, Patti Smith, Blondie et al...all in the space of a few months. So glad I was there.

You would love the East End market on a Sunday, all a short walk from each other - Brick Lane (hipster), Spitalfields (posh), Columbia Rd (flowers) and Broadway (local)

Nice video. You’re very well informed from what I’ve seen so far. London is more than 606 square miles in size, so while you may be seeing much of what central London has to offer, that’s only about 10% 😊

I somehow feel like London is so your vibe, such a City Boy except that like.... its colllllld. So I think you should come live with me in Madrid instead! Slay
  • Excellent video underpinned by good research too. Looking forward to another vid on London in the future.
  • #200 :hand-pink-waving: Yes. One of the best, if not THE best, historically researched explorations of London street culture. Well done. Will follow your journey of discovery.
