This was a fantastic, heartfelt video. That was a perfect glimpse into what it would be like to live in an isolated area and maintain a lighthouse. I don’t think of it as a lonely job, but rather a very fortunate opportunity to be able to take in all that beauty and still be able to connect with the mainland as she does. Well done.

I love that he went there and actually worked hard. He shoveled 300 steps and enjoyed it and took pride in it. I can’t think of very many YouTubers that would go there and actually get immersed in the work.

It's really sad how Elena is being labeled by others as "insane" for living her dream life. Thank you for showing this side of her. At the end of the day, we as humans have pretty short lives. We might as well make the best out of them. Therefore, living the way we want to, despite being different from the "social norm", shouldn't be looked down upon at all. Great video and great message.
