Jesus said to love one another and that we should be servants to each other, so I would ask that you all do that in the comment section. Be respectful. We are a community. That means more to me than anything. Thank you.

Cory, here are some tips:Always remember to use your environment to your advantage like pushing people into walls, throwing bottles, or kicking items off the floor if you have environmental mastery. When you’re going against a group of enemies, try constantly switching targets when attacking to keep your distance from the majority of them. When fighting empowered enemies, (If you fail to complete a finisher on someone), it’s best to wait for their unblockable attacks,(When their arm or leg glows orange), and dodge their attack to stun them for a bit so you could get a good combo off. The more you age, the more damage you deal but the less health you have so go back to earlier missions so you can start later missions at a younger age and with the more you age the less moves you can learn so try learning what you think the best skills from the skill tree are before you get too old. If you find a jade dragon statue anywhere in the levels, you can use your xp, level score, or age to upgrade specific traits that you automatically gain like guard stamina and weapon durability or you can use the statues to upgrade your skill tree without having to be dead. Lastly, if you don’t do well on some of the bosses and die too much or die at all, you can go back to that boss faster through a shortcut with items found in later missions or earlier missions and then start learning their patterns. If anyone reads this, I hope you find this helpful. Edit: I forgot to say, hold circle after an opponent is laying on the ground for a couple of free punishes. It’ll allow you to literally dodge anything that’s coming towards you at the moment for some breathing room. Also thank you Cory and everyone else for the love on this comment. Much love ❤️❤️❤️!

I like how the enemies compliment you when your doing good. It’s like the developers feared people would stop playing if the enemies only insulted so they decided to compliment you on your skills.

I beat this game yesterday at 23 year old true ending. Here’s some tips for new players. Focus enemies with damaged structure. In this vid Cory didn’t know but he barely executed anyone. The yellow bar is called structure and if someone’s structure is really damaged focus them first to get rid of them quickly. Don’t get cornered. If you attack on the dialogue parts you will surprise them and be able to “execute them” instantly. So usually go for strongest opponents on dialogue parts. Parrying is your best friend. (Blocking right before attack) as it breaks the opponents structure. You can sometimes execute bosses at 50% health with this strategy. Fall damage as seen even in this video can be your worst enemy or your best friend. It’s easy to take out tons of enemies with it. Exploring the levels is worth it because you can unlock shortcuts that sometimes go straight to the boss even so you can make a better run next time you try the level. Have fun and keep a cool head. This game makes you feel like a total badass once you put a few hours into it. It’s so fun and really rewarding to learn it!

Cory, I want to give you some tips for you and anyone who play Sifu: 1. When you sweep your enemies, hold circle to attack them to lower their health and structure 2. When you hold your block button, you can use you left stick at the same time to dodge attacks, this being a stationary dodge and can help rebuild your structure when blocking and parrying. 3. When enemy limbs start to light up, those are unparryable attacks, and you want to dodge them, either using hold L1+ Left stick or pressing R2. 4. Each time you finish the level of the game, you stay that age for the next level. Finishing a level will give you passage to shortcuts to the boss, so you can die less and begin the next level at a younger age. 5. At the Wuguan (headquarters), there is a training area inside where the mission select table is. Go to the training dummy behind the table on the right, and you can train with an AI to help you practice your attacks, dodges, parrying etc. Hopefully this helps you to not feel like a trash gamer on Sifu. This is a tough game, so button mashing is not a suitable strategy. Carefully timed commands will help you succeed

Played this game all the way through, even the second time. You’re gonna love it. Tip: When unlocking moves, try to save up enough EXP to permanently unlock them. Start with moves that catch your eye, then work your way up. Also, learn how your enemies telegraph their moves so you can easily dodge them because you’ll encounter some enemies that throw combos with high and low attacks eventually. Remember: any attacks ABOVE the waist count as high attacks. Anything else is low. Also, dodging successfully can help boost your Focus bar and regain Structure. You can boost how much you gain and regain through the Jade Dragon statues you encounter along the way. Aim for parries so you can break enemie’s structures so you can go for Takedowns, which help you gain back some health and grants I-frames. And watch out for the CEO, cause you’re right about one thing: she’s gonna be a menace. Hope this helps!
