Do you play Destiny 2? Then you should play Gambit.

Would love to have a visual for other lore entries like this, have you ever thought about working at Bungie or with them Freelance?

Not even gonna lie, kinda hit me in the feelsā¦ Drifterās a deeper character beyond āmotes, transmat firing,ā and āalright alright alright!ā Heās a man who been through thick and thin, resorted to any measure to just survive. Heās a scoundrel yes, but a survivor first. We should at least understand thatā¦

Damn if destiny had more people like you, the game would be so much immersive

Iāve been saying for years, we need more Drifter content or content with The Drifter. Heās such an interesting character. The man has seen and experienced both light and dark and now just drifts. He one of the only characters that actually feel like a character, with his opinions and takes on the world. He has a interesting back story, being involved with the Shadows of Yor, The Nine, the warlords. Please we need more Bungie š

Rare to hear Drifter ever acknowledge heās upset by something. He always plays everything down or plays it off altogether, rarely getting too personal or honest, so to hear him cut the bullshit and drop the act is quite telling. This old weasel acts the way he does for a reason; holding aces and keeping secrets, playing all sides and looking for the best angle is the only reason he made it this far. Or so he probably thinks. Viscerally, he knows the Light keeps him alive, but heās not naĆÆve enough to completely trust in strange women lying in the bottoms of ponds distributing swords, so to speak.

Bungie please give this man a job, that's incredible

This is by far one of the best destiny ācutscenesā Iāve seen. Youāre incredibly talented, I would have absolutely believed it was official if I hadnāt already heard the audio.

Goes to show under the thick skin and scoundrel persona, Drifter is a tragic, sad man, thatās suffered in his long life. Seeing the Light more as a curse than a blessing. Probably hates the Light/Traveler as it chose someone like him, and left innocent survivors to die. Only a small few know the tragedies Drifter has suffered.
-
To actually fucking die from starvation only to be brought back from the dead to die again the same way would turn anyone to the darkness.
-
The first time I heard it in game, it hit me in the feels, but this, this is really tuggin the heart strings
-
This is fan-made??? You captured the same vibe and mood of the actual cutscenes that I wouldāve thought this was made by Bungie! This gave me chills, I love Drifterās lore and I will probably watch this hundreds more times
-
Such a good clip, along with the animation itās great.
-
I remember these tapes we used to collect about the drifter. Such a shame it didnāt make to the style of Destiny now with the lore: animations. Nonetheless, you did an amazing job! Keep it up for us<3
-
dude, your content is so immersive it almost hurts that youāre not employed by bungie. please keep on doing what youāre doing!!!
-
Wait .. I thought this was an actual cutscene .. I saw the thumbnail and got excited, I love drifter. Wish there was more lore about him or teasers at least of his past, and maybe make gambit fun again? lol But really you are talented MAJESTIC, well done to you my man .. this is going to discord ASAP!! <3

"I can't feel anything" - me grinding gambit challenges
-
Drifter always feels like one of those characters who deserves to show up more, but logically won't because getting too involved with a God-Killers mission to fight an eldritch entity that existed before reality kinda goes against his goal of not dying.
-
This is awesome, dude. This actually made me tear up a bit, not because of the drifters story, but because of how much dedication and love you have towards the game as a fan to make this... See you on Europa, brother.
-
This is amazing work! Thereās also some lore cards about how the drifter convinced felwinter to kill the iron lord that did this.
-
This makes an already depressing entry heartbreaking. The āI can feel anythingā moment was so well executed. I hope to see more of this. (Maybe something related to cayde-6?) Great work
