Do you appreciate the synchronized clocks in the corners?

His mental strength is insane. I find it so hard to stay calm and carry on without doubting myself after a mistake.

Thanks for this format! I really like that they show the players close-up and that their emotions are visible💖💖🌷

It's easy to look at the game with an engine and see what Richard missed, but there was no mating the king with his rooks, he was focusing on that and missed the EASY win by just pushing his g pawn, nothing Magnus could do to stop it

White should have played Ng4 around the 12 minute mark. It adds a 4th attacker on the black knight, and knight can't move because of the attack on the f7 pawn. Once that pawn falls both the queen and bishop will start taking pawns and black either loses a rook or gets checkmated.

regarding tracking each move: bit of a time delay in showing the trail. Also i prefer a yellow trail to see the move faster & more clearly

3:37 holy smokes i did not see that move 😱 look how the body language of rapport changes from before to afte
  • Is therer no full version of this match? I've been trying to piece the entire match together from like 5 different videos! So annoying they all jump away to other matches or doesn't start at the beginning.

Even GM can miss such a simple move to win the game under time pressure. Probably that is what differentiate those in 0.01% with 0.1%.

It is a bit like Sumo ringing. 😅😊 That is the beauty of classical chess.
  • The part where that dude went hmhmhmhm and drank a sip of water was fucking legendary

42:28 Magnus was going to play Qd2, stopped himself and realised instantly, shaking his head later

Yes, the clocks are very good, they are adding a useful information. 😁👍

Richard is something special. I mean that in a really good sense. Once he learns to have more confidence...look out!
