Hey Bursty, just letting you know that that is just weird vanilla end island world generation. The data pack does nothing to change the end (I looked at the code, only affects the noise_settings of the nether and overworld, additionally changes the height of the overworld). Also even though the world generation is crazy different from vanilla, it is incredibly simple to make. Goes to show how customizable Mojang has made Minecraft data packs as of 1.18+ :).
