Hello, thank you for stopping by. I'd like to share some knowledge on what it's like renovating and refurbishing an old, war torn and destitute house. its a great education to do hands on repairs and updates. Don't be horrified by the debris from selective demolition sitting around. Walk thru with me and see some issues on how to rebuild and re-set a 70 to 100 year old home. some of the things in the home are rusted out and dilapidated.
