Don't forget the base stone sword version is a straight sword with a striking damage profile

The sword of light should've gotten the lothric holy sword beam attack for its strong attack upon activating the light buff. The sword of darkness should've gotten a gravitas-like sword plunge that leaves a darkness pool that acts similar to magma and applies the holy weakness debuff. Also the swords should've had the best scaling with faith.

Im kinda happy that we are getting these more "esoteric" weapons and soells, those that use pure "light" in their attacks are few and tend to be related to more... unknown sources.
