* Garage sessions FAQ: some back-vocals were added later in order to be able to get more reverb on the vocals without mic bleed from the rest of the band (the garage roof is made of acoustically reflective metal sheets, so we played vv quietly). Harmonies are triggered via Emma's vocal pedal. Sometimes, harmonies were added later, in situations where the pedal wasn't able to correctly follow harmonic modulations.
Voice & Guitar: Emma
Guitar: Jessy
Keys: Dragos
Bass: Cedric Martel
Drums: Eric Maillet
Show me how you care,
Tell me how you were loved before
Show me how you smile,
Tell me why your hands are cold
I’m turning around,
I’m having visions of you
But then I understand
The friend I’m dreaming of is far away
But I’m here... I’m here
Show me how you’re proud,
Tell me how you reach the moon
My thoughts err away tonight
My heart fell to love again
I’m turning around I’m having visions of you
But then I understand
The friend I’m dreaming of is far away
And doesn’t feel my love
But I do... I do

this song is what it feels like to wake up from a nap and it’s dark out
-
This is what it feels like to stare down at the city at night on a plane.
-
Isn’t it just fascinating how music keeps and keeps on evolving. As a child I thought all possible melodies are gone after I heard a nice song.
-
sorry for those who havent found this band yet
-
Me: Hey men, let's clean up the garage! Men I trust: Show me how
-
If MTV unplugged was still around, you guys would be first for the lineup
-
the bassline is fire
-
That compression on the drum kit is juicy AF
-
This song makes want to tell y'all that you're going to be okay, whatever is upsetting u at the moment, this too shall pass. And if you're listening to this song right now it means that you clearly have at least good taste in music and that is one hell of a positive thing to have in life

I never thought my favorite song could get any better, but here I am
-
This song was the first song that got me into this band. This song will always be among my favorites because of this, outside of it just being a dope song I can vibe too. Funny fact, I actually thought the vocalist (Emma) was black when I heard the song for the first time on Pandora. By the way, this band is great live, money well spent I assure you!

they need to do a tiny desk concert!! vibes are immaculate
-
idk why but this band’s sound tastes like muesli with yogurt

if you listen to this song in the perspective of talking to yourself, and finding that inner love you have for yourself and it being distant, just makes it so much deeper
-
