    The CO 2 drawdown isn't happening fast enough, is the point. The reductions through natural plant photosynthesis are measured in decades or more. The ecologists say when it's hot enough, the plants and trees start emitting CO 2, they become a source of CO2 and not a sink. Never mind the forest fires releasing their carbon that way....
