¾ cup oil or ghee
1 black cardamom
4-5 cloves
4-5 green cardamom
8-10 pepper corn
2 inch cinnamons stick
2 bay leaves
1 kg mutton
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
400 g onion ( 3 cup fine sliced )
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp yellow chilli powder/ red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
2 tbsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp salt
4-5 green chilli
4-5 whole red chillies
1 cup curd ( 250 g )
2 tsp poppy seeds
14-15 cashews
1 tbsp dessicated coconut

1 mace
1/8 nutmeg
8 green cardamom
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp kewra water
