Since my first video on YouTube got so much attention, I'm now actually hiring people even though i only have less than 400 subs since everyone asked me "Can I animate for you??? Can I help you with anything???" It's great how everyone decided to submit an application in less than 24 hours (And everyone is so talented) Imma just say the animation community are the best people I've ever met. Here's my advice, if you wanna work for an animator, just shoot your shot, most times if you don't get the job you'll get advice to be a better animator. Sorry for the long rant lmao!
