  • Best podcast on this subject. Listening to this every morning. Equivalent of my grandparents 1938’s radio. Keep this going please! 🇺🇦🇳🇱
  • @monsieurgrigny
Great to be tuning in again from Italy. Fantastic, highly interesting show. Great to hear Hamish again. Dom and Francis great value as always.
  • @inezm8444
Imagine a tank feeling harrased by a drone 😂😂😂😂
  • The messed up thing about this, is that we (the US) wait forever to send military kits, while the Ukrainians are getting bombed, killed or exhausted, and then expect them to turn the war around in two weeks. If we had sent the weapon kits we are sending now (which they have been requesting from day 1), this war would have been over 18 months ago.
  • Listening from Belgium since already about 2 years. Very interesting podcast.
  • Very true Stoltenberg is not making empty promises Many more weapons, in variety and in volume Not just jets and long range missiles
  • Hemish Gordon where is the evidence that the challengers have been successful...provide us with a link in the description notes below

I am a regular listener but I've had to give up on the interview with Serhii Kuzan because the reverb in the interview room is too much! The rest of the podcast was fine, as always. R (Australia)

Amid a lot of rather hysterical journalism about the situation on the front in Ukraine it is reassuring to have the facts presented presented calmly and analytically by experts in their fields who know what they are talking about. I note that it upsets the bots more than somewhat.
  • Your reports and interviews are an indispensable source of accurate information. Yes, there are other sources online that I listen to and watch and also appreciate, including great historians such as Stephen Kotkin and Timothy Schneider. I am originally from Argentina, but now live in NZ. There is a substantial Ukrainian community in Argentina that's watching events in Ukraine with deep anxiety. I specifically appreciate the precise and honest reporting of the actual military realities being faced by so many ordinary Ukrainians. I still can't understand the dithering of NATO leaders - it is vital to close the airspace over Ukraine to all Russian forces at once. The longer NATO dithers, the costlier will be the task of ejecting Russian forces from every bit of Ukraine: the only possible objective for the future of a civilized planet. Slava Ukraini!
  • good useful important vital information. your work is very important to getting the word out. Bless Ukraine and Bless the AFU My heart is breaking for the peaceful people of Ukraine. All I've heard from european politicians since this war started is HOT AIR. They say things for media cudos but in background they to to slow to provide support, or even many whom are no shows. They have not said as one " ukraine must win " they have not seriously scaled up their combined arms productions quick enough . Overall their actions show weakness and that emboldens the Russians. .
  • @johnsegelke4385
So Hamish is saying that once an indeterminate number of F-16's and artillery shells arrive, the Ukrainians will be able to bring the Abrams and Leopards out of hiding to participate in combine arms maneuvers. What a grand day that will be!
  • European people have to do more to defend themselves, this could stimulate their own economies and arms industries, rather than assuming the USA will do everything 🇺🇦🇬🇧
