    As a native English speaker, I must concur with other commentators, while the information presented is interesting and well-developed, the accent, echo and other auditory distractions diminish the value of an otherwise excellent presentation.     You are plotted the chart as AON and AOA. But CPM and PERT are two different concept beyond your understanding. In PERT diagram, activity time will indicate three dimention of time and we must calculate the expected duration (mean time) using the three dimension. CPM simply indicating the activity time as fixed.
