Car Dealers Are SCARED TO DEATH! Look What They Are Doing!?!?

In this video you will get to see what car dealers are actually paying for their cars and trucks at auction!

My name is Brandon and I am a used car dealer. I created Car Questions Answered to share the ins and outs of the used car market from my perspective. I share with you updates on car prices, what's happening at the dealer auctions, and what it's like being a dealer. My goal is to share information to help you make the best decisions while buying a car to save you money. I do not want car dealers taking advantage of you.

  • Someone needs to explain to me how wanting 30,000 dollars for vehicles with 200,000 miles is the market collapsing? I love this channel but until these vehicles are 5-7 grand the market hasn’t collapsed.
  • This used car are so expensive, yet youtubers are saying tje market is collapsing.

Who in the heck will pay 37k for a 10 year old CRV? Thats the cost of a new one.
  • @jert38
It looks like car prices will never come back down to earth.

The real problem with those 100K, 200K and higher mileages is that they likely haven't had their timing belts serviced and that can be real $$$$ to have done.
  • $5200 for a truck with over 200k miles? That's just stupid
  • I make decent income. I've been carless for over 3 years. After my transmission went out and it wasnt worth fixing I saw used Toyota 4 runners with 100,000 miles going for $50-$60 grand. Now it's even worse. I ride a specialized series bicycle, a bus pass, and I Uber if I need to be somewhere fast. I've never asked anyone for a ride but people are starting to look down on me for not owning a vehicle. This lady I was interested in thought I didn't drive because I owed child support, i just didn't know how, or if I was a felon. I even took a picture of my driver license 🪪 just to prove myself. I'm going nuts.
  • Yet auto makers continue to report profits and good sales, dealers aren't haggling much and someone is buying.

That Honda CRV with 100,000 miles was $37,000? Where? I bought my wife a 2015 Honda CRV touring with 129,004 for $16,000

Toyota runs for 400K miles and still running. Stellantis breaks down in the first 4 blocks.

Walking into a dealership is like walking into a casino, guess why?
  • I've been holding on to my cash for 6 years looking for a good deal... Still not seeing it. It's a good thing my 21 year old Mitsubishi runs forever. 😂
  • @rbmcobra
My old company used Honda Civics for medical transport. They didn't sell them until they hit 300,000 miles. They rarely had issues with them.
  • In 1980 a new Chevy 1/2 ton pickup was $3800. What happened? Plus back then you could buy used pickups for $200 all day long.

I keep seeing on your videos where cars are going down in price. Can you please tell me. WHERE exactly is this happening? Cause it is not happening in Texas. At dealerships or private.
